We are currently looking for an seasoned individual for the position of Regional Director of Operations for our portfolio of hotels in Indiana. Position is Indiana based.
The right individual will be a self starter with a strong attention to detail and the ability to get the job done. The Regional Director of Operations will have full financial responsibility and must possess the ability to lead the Team to success while insuring that each hotel maximizes our Guest and Team Member Experience. This position is also responsible for maintaining compliance with company and brand operating procedures and policies as well as the motivation and coaching of the General Managers and Team Members at each property, setting goals and holding both the General Manager and Team Members accountable. Requirements
Only individuals with experience comparable to a Regional Director of Operations with 3 - 5 years related experience will be considered
Multi-property leadership experience - 5 - 7 years of hands on experience in both front and back of the house operations in multi-unit select service brand hotels.
Strong analytical and computer skills required
Must have a proven ability in building and leading high performing teams and developing direct reports as well as positively influence all levels of the organization. Must be proactive, independent, hands-on operations leader and possess strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required along with the ability to provide direct, positive and/or corrective feedback to others.
Position requires extensive travel.
