Oversees all hotel operations ensuring policies and procedures are being adhered to and ensure all team members are giving complete guest satisfaction.Oversee Day to day operation of the Front Desk, Housekeeping, maintenance, and other key operating areas of the hotelAccurately execute all company and brand initiatives, policies and procedures with a continuous improvement in quality, service and operationsControls costs effectively to meet budget guidelinesDevelop and implement programs designed to improve the efficiency of the operation and which improve the service to our guestsTrain and instruct other members of the staff through the day today training and sharing of knowledge and skillsEnsure seamless communication to all employees and ownershipObserve staff performance, and ensure compliance of all policies and hotel procedures Coach, counsel, and motivate all team members as necessaryEnsures that recognition programs for both guest and associates are in place and working
