Our new Hilton Hotel located in downtown Ocala Florida has a fantastic opportunity for a Hilton Front Desk Manager.
A Front Desk Manager is responsible for directing and administering Front Desk operations in the hotel continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Some of the duties are:
Guest service and registration (check in and check out). Room inventory and availability. Guest service standards and initiatives. Product quality. Cost controls and overall profitability, Marketing initiatives, Systems use and management. Budgeting and forecasting. Policy and procedure implementation and enforcement. Meeting participation and facilitation.Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, delivering recognition and reward. Complete audit procedures as needed. Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly. Meet and greet guests and respond to guest inquires, requests and issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, and knowledge of the local area and events.
Minimum 3 years Hilton Front Desk Manager experience.
Hilton certified is required.
Strong leadership abilities.
Must be dependable, customer focus, someone passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Proven ability to motivate front desk staff.
Lead by example.
Good job tenure.
